Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 5-7 to process your order.

Expect an email within 5-7 days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days (allow longer for beds and custom orders which we hope to dispatch within 5-7 days) using Royal Mail or DPD (for beds and larger parcels).  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping is £5.99 within the UK. Beds and larger items do not ship outside of the UK due to high costs, but we can offer this service if necessary. Please get in touch for a quote.  FREE shipping is available on orders over £150.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

 We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note that personalised and custom items are exempt from our refund policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at theartisandogco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
